Betancourt Nutrition Trim X3 is a weight loss supplement that targets three key ways to lose weight.

The appetite suppressant part of the formula is provided by branded
supplement Slendesta a potato derived protein extract, plus
Glucomannan a fibre derived from the konjac root. This combination may
help you feel fuller and avoid snacking and both ingredients often show
up in diet supplements aimed at appetite suppression.

This part of the formula also contains Hoodia extract believed to
suppress appetite by affecting the neurotransmitters in the brain. A few
years ago, there was a craze for Hoodia supplements but since then, the
popularity of this ingredient has waned, mainly because of the lack of
clinical evidence.

This is the principle part of the supplement, containing 800mg per serving.

The second part of the formula is for thermogenesis or increasing
body temperature in order to burn off calories and fat. This contains
branded supplement Capsimax Plus, a product available only to the
supplements industry you cannot buy it over the counter yourself.
Capsimax Plus is a capsicum extract made from hot chilli peppers and
according to product information will support energy production and
encourage fat burning by generating heat in the body.

The third part of the formula is the most complex. This is for enhancing energy and contains branded supplement Advantra Z.

There are health concerns to this brand because it contains
stimulants including Synephrine and Hordenine. These are known as
sympathomimetic agents because they mimic the effects of the flight or
fight response in the body by raising energy and stress hormones. This
includes increasing heart rate and blood pressure, so come with health
risks.

In addition to Advantra Z, this part of the supplement contains
ingredients with caffeine including Yerba Mate and Gurana as well as
green tea extract.

Yerba Mate and Green Tea may have additional benefits to weight loss beyond the simple stimulant effects of caffeine.

Trim x3 is made by Betancourt Nutrition a well known US brand for
bodybuilding and sports supplements. All supplements are made in the USA
and conform to GMP (good manufacturing practice).

The company was established by Jorge Betancourt who rose to
prominence on the bodybuilding scene in the early 90s as a teenage
bodybuilder. He withdrew from competition in the late 90s and set up a
gym and personal training business, moving on to found Betancourt
Nutrition in 2002.

Most Betancourt Nutrition supplements sold from the Betancourt
website are hardcore bodybuilding products such as protein powders and
work out supplements.

Direction

Take three (3) veggie caps once daily and with a full glass of
water, preferably 30 minutes before lunch. If you are sensitive to
caffeine take two (2) veggie caps instead of three (3) once daily. Do
not exceed three (3) veggie caps in a 24-hour period. Do not take within
3 hours of bedtime.
